Use of the online store
To shop with us, you must:

  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to deny access to the website if these terms are breached.

Products and product information
We aim to provide product information that is as accurate and up to date as possible. Colours, images, and product details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and device.

We reserve the right to:

  • change prices (this will not affect orders you have already placed and we have confirmed)
  • update or correct product information
  • discontinue products
  • correct any typographical or technical errors

Orders and formation of contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • incorrect pricing or product information
  • failed payment
  • suspected fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled, any amount paid will be refunded.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are processed through secure, approved payment providers. We do not store payment card information.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times stated on our website are estimates and may vary. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.

Right to cancel and returns
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Cancellations and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which applies in addition to your statutory rights.

Your legal rights
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, design, and graphics, belongs to Everhide or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable law. It may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
